We offer exchanges at no additional charge. We will provide a prepaid return label. Please email onlineorders@twolipsshoes.com with your order number and name and the next size you think would like to try, or with any questions about the fit.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email onlineorders@twolipsshoes.com to receive your electronic return label.

Items shipped from www.twolipsshoes.com, can be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Two Lips does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility. At our sole and absolute discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Two Lips does not take title to the refunded item.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any product purchased by you that is damaged or does not have a packing slip or receipt will be denied a refund or exchange. Some items, such as gift cards, are never returnable. Refunds for items purchased through a Gift Card will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.
